


Training like a professional kickboxer
We offer kickboxing for professional and recreational fighters, funsters, hipsters and everyone in between. You don't need to be a kickboxer to train like one. Kickboxing is all about intensity. You go hard, learning to perform under pressure. We’re trying to mimic what it’s going to be like in the ring. Aside from technique, that means lots of fast and varied movement, with active rest. Boxing workouts are long, at least an hour, to fit in a warmup, conditioning and drills.

Multi-style kickboxing
Our kickboxing class teaches basic kickboxing, Muay Thai, and western-style boxing skills and combinations. Including: cardio calisthenics, bag work, which includes punch, kick, and elbow strikes, partner drills and pad work in addition to core strengthening exercises.

We advice a mixture of both group training and personal training. Especially if you would like to speed up your development or if you like to reach specific personal and/or professional goals nothing beats our personalised training. MORE...

If you want to excel in the ring, you have to take lessons from a real pro. Miesiyu Sports supports the achievements of various top fighters, such as Noah Apituley, Sem Braam and Donovan Panayiotis. Within Miesiyu Sports Jerrel enforces training with other trainers, that stand behind various glorious (kick)boxing championships, like Lucien Carbin and Romeo Kensmill. Based on his rich experience in karate, (kick) boxing, fitness and crossfit training, Jerrel Oosterlen knows exactly WHAT and WHO you need to succeed.
